Senior Fit
Fit Girl has created the best Senior Fitness program in the area. We like to say it's 'not your average grandmother's' senior fitness program - these ladies are active, strong and like to be challenged.
Active Agers
Active Agers (ages 70s-80s) Tue & Thurs 9:30 (focus on improving balance, reflexes - reaction times, mobility, range of motion so that our clients feel confident in their day to day activities) FYI…. confidence is also key for these older ladies - once balance improves then they feel more confident moving about.
